Feeling Hondurena

First of all I have to say sorry to everyone who always reads my blog for my absence..but I've not many free time due to gym, school and others tasks.

Last Sunday I've been in Tela with my schoolmates, we spent the all the on the seaside making some pics for the senior's photo album. We all wore a white dress and pics were really nice, although the weather was not so good..we had a lot of fun together!
On Tuesday I've been in San Pedro with my sister and my dad to see Honduras-Mexico at the stadium. It was so nice to see the whole stadium cheering the team and, also if we (honduras of course) lost like always, I really felt part of this country and it's been amazing!
This weekend in Italy there were the selections for who wants to go abroad next year and getting in touch with guys who wants to leave was so weird for me..Times goes by so quick, OMG: it's already 3 months that I'm here!!!

 What about Christmass? Here we've started to deck out our house and palm trees near the mall have lights on since 2 weeks ahah..but it's always 30 degree outside 🙈


Inizio scusandomi con i pochi che leggono il blog per la mia assenza.. ma tra la palestra, la scuola e altri impegni il tempo é davvero poco... domenica scorsa sono stata con tutti i miei compagni di classe a tela, località di mare, a fare le foto per l'album dei senior... eravamo tutti vestiti di bianco e le foto sono uscite davvero bene, giusto un po' un peccato per il tempo che non era gran che, ma ci siamo divertiti comunque.. é sempre bello passare giornate in compagnia degli amivi, ancor di piu se al mare.. martedì invece sono andata con mia sorella e mio papà allo stadio olimpico di san pedro a vedere honduras vs messico! É stato bellissimo vedere lo stadio pieno che tifava la squadra.. anche se poi ha perso come sempre... peró mi sono sentita davvero parte di questa nazione, é stato fantastico! Di altre cose interessanti non saprei.. le giornate passano tra scuola, palestra e qualvhe uscita a casa di amici o al cinema... e ormai, me ne accorgo giusto ora, sono tre mesi che sono qui! Assurdo come vola il tempo! Adesso stanno gia facendo le selezioni per il prossimo anno e parlare con i ragazzi che vogliono partire é stranissimo...
Per concludere vi comunico che qui é una settimana che si addobba la casa per natale e le palme fuori dal mall hanno le luci natalizie da 2 settimane hahaha e ci sono sempre 30 gradi 🙈

News about my (new) life

Hi guys!
Last week I was talking about the party, it was great..so many people, all of them wearing a fancy dress and dancing. So different from Italian's parties..here "baciata" is the fundamental of the parties!
I also met an Italian guy who lived here two years ago, he was an exchange students like me and he just came back to see his family and friends.

On Saturday I started TES which is a literacy programme that all the seniors have to do for the graduation. You have to spend 5 hours during the week with people who couldn't study during their youth and teach them something basic in order to reduce the literacy rate in the country. It's a good voluntary experience but it means that for the next 20 Saturdays I cannot sleep anymore but I have to go to school and teach the alphabet.

On Saturday I went to Porto Cortes, a city on the seaside 2 hours away from my house, to cheer my city's football team. There I also met Giulia and Giovanni, two Italian guys that are living there now...I was super happy mostly because of Giulia, she's my classmate in Italy and I was used to see her everyday last year! Actually it was so weird when we met especially speak in Italian again (I think that now I speak Spanish better than Italian!! ahhah).

Ciao!

Vi avevo lasciato con i preparativi per la festa... bè, é andata alla grande! É venuta piú gente rispetto all'anno passato e quasi tutti erano travestiti e hanno ballato... inutile notare le differenze con l'Italia dove mai nessuno si traveste con fantasia e balla in coppia hahah qui la baciata è alla base delle serate con musica! Ho pure conosciuto un ragazzo italiano che ha vissuto qui in itercambio due anni fa, e ora é tornato a trovare famiglia e amici..

Sabato invece ho iniziato il TES (trabajo educativo social) ovvero un programma di alfabetizzazione che i ragazzi dell'ultimo anno devono fare per potersi diplomare; consiste nel dedicare 5 ore alla settimana nel fare lezione a persone che non hanno potuto studiare in modo da diminuire il numero di analfabetizzazione nello stato e nel frattempo vivere un' esperienza di volontariato e aiuto sociale... quindi per i prossimi 20 sabati mattina non potrò più dormire ma dovrò andare a scuola e insegnare l'alfabeto ahaha yeah!

Domenica invece sono andata a Porto Cortes, una città sul mare a circa due ore da dove abito, a tifare la squadra di calcio che giocava in trasferta... ne ho ovviamente approfittato per incontrarmi con Giulia e Giovanni, due ragazzi italiani che questo anno vivono li... soprattutto mi ha fatto piacere vedere Giulia dato che in Italia eravamo compagne di classe ed eravamo abituate a vederci tutti i giorni... inutile dire che la situazione è stata alquanto strana! Sopratutto parlare italiano con altre persone hahahah 

Per concludere notizia bomba..siete pronti???

okay,  ho iniziato ad andare in palestra!!! so che sembra impossibile ma almeno ci provo, poi non so quanto dureró ahahhah

Let's party!

Finally yesterday evening there was the fancy-dress party we were waiting for! Being a member of Interact, a youth club, during the week I had to set up the saloon, sell tickets, I had to serve drinks during the party…and of course I had to wear the fancy-dress! It wasn’t really easy to find it, I was pretty unlucky, but in the end I decided to be a cow girl (or something like that..). I was very busy for all the week but the party was a success and I had a lot of fun!

I'm sorry for the delay and for writing few words but I don't have time, see you next week!

Finalmente ieri sera c'e stata la festa in maschera che tanto aspettavamo! Facendo parte di interact, il club giovanile che la organizzava, durante la settimana ho dovuto aiutare a preparare il salone, a vendere i biglietti e a servire le bibite alla festa... e ovviamente il coatrume per noi era obbligatorio! Devo dire che non é stato cosi facile trovarlo, la fortuna non é stata molto a mio favore, ma alla fine penso di essere riuscita ad assomigliare a una campagnolo hahaha e nulla, per fortuna gli sforzi della settimana sono andati a buon fine, la festa ha avuto successo e mio sono divertita davvero!
